Collection: Black Tourmaline

Black Tourmaline (Schorl) is an iron-rich borosilicate mineral widely found in granitic pegmatites and metamorphic rocks around the world, with notable sources including Brazil, Africa, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and India.

The specimens in our collection come from Karnataka, India, where Black Tourmaline often forms in short, robust prismatic crystals with deep vertical striations and a matte to vitreous black luster. These naturally terminated pieces feel dense and solid, with a distinctly chunky geometry.

Energetically, Black Tourmaline is known for its powerful grounding and protective qualities, helping to absorb and deflect negative energy while supporting emotional stability and energetic balance.
