Shipping policy

Below you’ll find all the information you need regarding our shipping process.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days          
International Shipping: 7-21 business days

*Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier service disruptions.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs office for additional information before placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an issue with your address, contact us immediately at aniket.ketkar@gmail.com, so we can try to update the information before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items
While we take great care to package your items securely, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
