This specimen displays volatile growth conditions spectacularly. The Amethyst is spread over a bed of Quartz. It shows skeletal growth and hexagonal hollows, typically of Honeycomb formation. The purple zoning is deep. Some long scepters of Amethyst have formed too. The specimen also shows inclusions of red and black dots and threads, typical of Karur region, because of which they often get called Super 7.
