This specimen features numerous Amethyst crystals scattered across the matrix, many of which are sharply formed and biterminated — a habit that reflects free growth in open cavities. Among them are patches of UV-reactive Calcite, which fluoresce bright blue under shortwave light, contrasting with the reddish-orange glow of Limonite coatings. The piece captures a multi-stage mineralization event, where initial Calcite and iron oxide deposition was followed by the crystallization of silica-rich fluids that gave rise to these well-defined Amethyst tips.
